The game is amazing but while in the middle of playing the game with my spouse next to me on his computer, my game boots me out of the game and informs me that my account has been "banned" by an admin. I looked up how to appeal, did as directed, been waiting almost 3 weeks now for a response and their support email has told me 3 times they cannot do anything and that my appeal will be reviewed. I don't think waiting this long with no resolving it is reasonable. I am switching to a game with better customer support.
