The Acolyte did the impossible and took what sounded like a boring and conflict-less setting in theory, and in practice made a fascinating and captivating story of intrigue, misunderstanding, consequences, and revenge. It expands the world and lore of Star Wars in a way that helped restore some of the lost Legends content while adding in new and creative ideas of its own. While it's by no means a perfect story, no story is. This show is brilliantly acted, the characters are interesting and iconic. and the plot is meticulously crafted and filled with detail.
