Sailor Moon

I watched this movie tonight for our Friday Family Movie Night with my kids. That is an hour and a half that I can never get back for me OR my kids! Even my kids didn’t like it! My middle child left 20 minutes in the movie (which he NEVER does), my 4 year old didn’t understand it and my 12 year old and I mocked and laughed at and about the movie the entire time. Firstly, the music was absolutely horrifically chosen throughout the whole movie. Secondly, barely any emotion or talking was shown through the movie. It was more like grunting sounds with every character. Thirdly, the violence that this movie is based upon with animal cruelty; torture, killing animals whilst still alive for ‘art’ and greed. Showing the process of the animals being put in to a hot kiln. A plastic bag being tied with animals in it for them to die, the almost drowning, the animal cages, and the raccoons wearing red strip bands like they are apart of the Nazi war. Fourthly, the mother cat pointlessly getting knocked out of the story window and showing her fall to her actual death. Lastly, there was ABSOLUTE NO moral of the story. None! This front cover of the movie says “CATS“ making it look just like “The Secret Life of Pets” movie is tricking the viewer into thinking they are connected. They are NOT! If I could rate this graphic sick movie a minus star, I would!
