I'm currently living with my wife n dog in a townhouse. This is my first experience with an HOA (home owners association). While we're elderly and have a few of the aches and pains that many elderly people have to deal with, the gov regulators (HOA rules) are the most stressful. these rules, like many others seem to contradict the constitution, and the meaning of a democracy. Loved the movie. So much can be learned. I intend to watch it many times.
