An extremely well structured story with all the parts following smoothly from the action which preceded it. Jeremy Renner fits this part perfectly. Jason Bourne is of course the heart of the moral conundrum, but Aaron brings it all to life with the complex philosophical contradictions and the ruthless brutality. The “problem” /with Aaron is his compassion and his personal moral code, much like Jason Bourne. These “flaws” are defects in the pursuit of perfect assassins. The science feels real and may even be real, but it is the vehicle that allows good and evil to stand out so clearly and to create such fine tuned tension in each character. A great, great movie I have watched 8 times and will probably watch again. The action sequences and chase scenes are superb in their own right, moral philosophy aside. The love story is well done the way it subtlety sneaks up on you, and leaves you hoping you can be lost, at least for a little while.
