This is one of the scariest films of 2022. I could barely breathe as I was watching this taught, wonderfully acted thriller with an almost entirely female cast. With one continuous shot, the director ratchets up the tension moment by moment until the screen is exploding with violence. It's a subversive story about how women can be even more brutal than men when it comes to racism and white supremacy. Why so many 1-star ratings for such a fantastic film? Investors funded this film the day *after* the January 6th invasion of the U.S. capital. White supremacists don't want you to think they are dangerous when they clearly are.
