It is my second time using frontier and my last..costumer service is terrible..When I made the reservation for me and my husband , because I didn't buy the seats they have us 3 roads..apart..when we got to the counter we were told there were no seats available..I went online and they had 4 seats available for 34 ea I bought it still not together but on the same road and the system said transaction wasn't compleated and thank God my husband had his credit card with an alert and he noticed we were charged..and the story doesn't stop there it continued when we got in the airplane and the flight attendance was so rude..if I go into detail I can write 3 pages..but all this to say, I always travel with Southwest and because the ticket was 100 more each I didn't take it but between seats and luggage I end up paying more than that beside all the encounters we had with specially the fly attendance..They made me made up my mind about not flying ever again with Frontier..Not to say I got handicap from covid and was the reason why I need it my husband close and they knew because he told them and they still acted very cold hearted..and with venge to the point that a ladyade a coment that it was obvious that the flight attendance didn't like me..very disappointing.
