I thought it was great, in many ways better than the first one, but it felt like the next episode of a Netflix series. It just wasn't like a movie, it was more of a part 2 rather than a 2nd movie, most sequels continue with all the same characters, the first 10-20 mins it's part 2. Then the brand new plot takes place, but in venom 2, it really felt like it was the next episode. Overall, great action scenes, great special effects, simply golden acting, how could it have been better in my opinion? Make it longer, 90min movies are supposed to be for kids, quick laughs, and other movie genres. But this film cannot be what it wants to be within 1 hour and 30 mins. Real memorable Marvel movies are at least 2 hours long. This is just my opinion, my opinion is admittedly very strange.
