The film, despite its slapstick humor, somewhat poor storyline, and a generic villain, is a worthy sequel to its otherwise iconic predecessor. Though it had not lived up to general expectations, the film was a good experience. At the first half, the film has a clear goal and its pace is great. But the humor and darkness is never clearly balanced. The end fight was just Avengers fighting robots intending to destroy a city. Though this film sets up the future MCU movies, it will never be said to be iconic. A must watch, though, because this film is the reason of the MCU we know Today.

ZSJL is everything fans asked for. Generally, when a big Superhero crossover is made, everything from the mythos is thrown in it. ZSJL offers a similar premise. Shifting from Snyder's usual dark and gritty style of filmmaking, ZSJL balances everything: darkness, stakes, humor(albeit very less) and hope. Unlike the Theatrical Version, which was extremely light hearted in tone and was too much comedic, this version is the perfect team up movie. Balancing it's tone while also focussing on all the characters equally, Zack Has made a masterpiece.
