Don't buy into the CC (content creators) click bait, this game is far better than reviews claim. People are hating because they were expecting AC:BF 2 and that's not what this is. The game has a charm about it, it's dangerously addicting. The end game weapons and "equipment" is kind of grindy. Pieces of Eight (currency required for end game gear) are not easily obtained quickly. I haven't had this much fun with a video game in a long time!

I've been FF fan for years... Since the original on the NES. This franchise has turned into a button mashing, bland tunnel runner. There's no tactics here, it's just mash buttons with a few very easy to pull off combo's and then move on to the next fight. Elements have zero advantage, gear is practically non-existent except for dull weapons. Skill tree is completely linear, zero replay value. Been getting more and more disappointed with FF releases year after year. I've finally reached the point where I've gotten so bored that I have absolutely zero desire to see this game too completion. Makes me sad. The visuals / graphics and characters are the saving grace here, the game is beautiful. It's just a hollowed-out, empty, extremely pretty shell of what FF used to be.
