I've watched four episodes with hope that this show will come to life. Unfortunately, this new spinoff of Law and Order will probably get cut short, not due to the ability of the actors but instead due to the storyline and script that beleaguers the audience with never ending background music, close-up's of Elliot's face to assure of his PTSD and a crawling evolution of the organized crime element. Dylan McDermott portraying a mob boss is exaggerated, predictable and downright boring. The only organized crime viewers will witness in this show is really bad writing by the show runners. I am 100% confident that this show will be dropped before it reaches the conclusion of the season for poor ratings. The audience will not care.
