Clumsy, over packed, unfinished and out of place narratives that land as flat and as randomly as the debris falling from the sky. I've read some pretty serious reviews that proclaim this film is brilliant, profound and filled with metaphors. No, it really isn't. Not at all. It's just a mess.

It's just ridiculous and the soundtrack sucks. They inflate Delvey's character into this highly, glamours, Villanelle type she clearly wasn't in real life. Look at her pictures and watch this young lady in her court videos. She was a tacky little grifter, with bad hair, tasteless baby doll dresses, and a completely unremarkable attractiveness with a less than appealing character. The glamorous actress and the real Anna, just don't match up, just like the fictitious narrative this series poorly attempts to pass off as fact. Most of the characters are made up concoctions and there are enough useless subplots and Woke cliches to gag a maggot. This series lacks depth, maturity, and like the real Anna Sorken, integrity. I just can't help but think that the entertainment industry and filmmakers needs to spend less time exclusively trying to stylize their work to meet the stereotypical tastes and moods of Millennials / GenZ and get back to creating great stories and films that actually leave a mark. This series is just sorry and embarrassing.
