Token Female Character My family and I were confused why the movie received such poor reviews. After half way through we understood better. I found it to be extremely underwhelming. The plot felt forced in an effort to take the franchise in another direction. I have to give it to Megan Fox. She has a remarkable ability to ruin everything. I’m personally tired of the token pretty female tough character. It’s a Mary Sue character idea and I have always despised it. I can understand why Mr. Stallone left. Save your money if you haven’t already. Support your favorite actors who were in the film in other ways if you can. Love Jason Statham, always a great actor.
