It's honestly a good movie. Like the references are all there, it just you have to the time to find them. So an easter hunt. The villain was boring and doesn't make sense. The movie implies that he was let go because he was getting older, but there is a second later pan move with Wendy's daughter. But I like how they made chip and dale. Makes sense that Dale will try to be more modern based on his personality, and the chip would stay the same. Interestingly, they made everyone actors. Just imagine other movies with different roles from other cartoon characters. It is like putting Jessica Rabbit for the Belle role in Beauty and the Beast. Overall good movie
