The series, as many people would think by all the positive reviews isn't actually overhyped. Although it might not be the best thriller series of all time, it still stands out. The amount of the mysteries the show has to offer are limited but will give your brain a little hard time for sure. The ending was pretty good and open, which suggests a renewal for season 2. Although the main villain was legit killed within 10-15 mins, it made it seem pretty realistic yet anti climatic. Overall a solid 4/5, should watch if you're looking specifically for a thriller series. Oh and the casting is absolute gold. Jenna Ortega as Wednesday is the show stealer, while Enid and Tyler's performance's were pretty good as well. The sheriff's role however is greatly underappreciated and definitely a show-stealer for me. The overall casting is pretty good, the only characters I had some issues with were Uncle Fester and some of the side characters you probably won't even notice.
