Such an insightful film. Everyone who uses any social media platform from FB to Pinterest needs to watch this, and especially if you are allowing your children access. The movie explains how the platforms apparently have no problem with misinformation being shared as it just encourages people to further engage with the platform, people will further respond, further share and people will beat their keyboards with outrage or vindication over stories that are possibly not true. I hope people will realise that stories circulated on social media may not be true and accurate unless they are sourced from trusted journalists or media organisations.
