This book adds nothing to a real discussion of Bigfoot and other wild bipedal hominids. Probably one of the WORST books I have ever attempted to read. Poorly researched and written. I think some of the writing was lifted from a Biden teleprompter it was that bad. The author is desperate to be liked so he puts in cute little statements and paragraphs about what he had for lunch and how he slept. Do not waste your time or money on this trash.

There are parts of the book that I found interesting and informative but for the most part it just is a set of individual chapters that read like a Sunday supplement. She makes a weak attempt to connect the river from headwaters to mouth but the result is even weaker. Not something I would recommend. This is basically a travelogue from an snobby NY Times reporter and I got pretty tired of her attitude.
