Seeing Australia and Miriam’s rare straight forward quips is the only enjoyable part of this, but I like talk show Miriam better. I thought it was going to be funny, but honestly I didn’t really catch the point of this documentary of sorts. We’re visiting all these people in need and we’re not bothering to help anyone or really understand them. Instead she gets all preachy about climate change, and how everyone’s professions are ruining the planet. One second she can be a tiny bit funny, but then comes off snooty and out of touch. All of these people are just working hard and trying to do what they can to make a living while making the world go around. A bit hypocritical when she uses probably 90% of the services and objects she’s complaining about.
