I was hesitant about reading books about JavaScript because I thought they were all outdated. For that reason, I tried with a Udemy course first. Needless to say it was a bad experience. This book was my introduction to learning JavaScript through books. I can't stress enough how grateful I am for finding this book. The way of teaching is incredibly good. You don't need previous programming knowledge to start reading it. In fact, this book is perfect for people who are just trying to get their feet wet. Because the book is old(2015), some of its chapters have become completely obsolete over time. Overall, it's a great book even to this day (2023).
