Disappointed... should of picked up where they left off, what happened to Maurice and Cornelius.. it was a huge let down and the only emotional connection I could grasp... was for Caesar and how disappointed he would of been to see all his efforts to unite the apes and create a home for his kids destroyed... If this was the direction than okay but it should of had a movie beforehand that showed the separation of apes into different clans, used the mute girl from the previous movie and showed the direct decendants of previous characters to keep that emotional connection created in the other movies alive...... so many holes in the story line, so much confusion... just dumb!. What a flop!.
