Venom: the last dance This was quite possibly the worst film I've watched this year and I'm including the joker 2. I hated almost every scene and found it ridiculously unfunny. It was so awful that the only part i didnt hate was the horse scene, specifically the way venom said "i looooove horsey" this scene then continued to ruin a perfectly decent Queen song, so maybe i do dislike it after all... I am praying that this was some form of sadistic social experiment where it was written with AI as the dialogue feels as if these people have never had a human interaction in their life. The character developments and plot lines were half finished. We begin with the backstory for a character yet this is never truly picked up on again except for the occasional "I'm doing this for you" cliche lines which still didn't make sense. HOWEVER I'm presuming this was down to scene cuts as this will explain a scene played out like this: > 2 characters both working in area 51 (🙄🙄🙄) Girl 1 is a frequently shown character, girl 2 is an extra. These characters have not interacted previously, there is no context surrounding this scene. 1: "have you spoken to your family yet?" 2: "no" 1: "(asks another similar question)" 2: "(gives another similar 1 word response)" > Then that's it. Never spoken about again. This film was so awful that at the end, all you could hear was people talking about what a waste of time it was. My personal favrioute comment being "I wasted £6 on that sh*t". In my personal not at all professional opinion, I'd reccomend for you to save your money and not bother but (obviously) do as you please and hopefully you develop a more... optimistic view on the film than I did.
