Putham Pudhu Kaalai is a refreshing Anthology and three of the five stories are pure classics with excellent story telling by the lead directors. MSB stands out with his extraordinary performance in 'Avalum/Avarum Naanum' and not to mention the camera work by GVM is brilliant. Suhasini Manirathnam rocks in 'Coffee Anyone' and 'Miracle' by Kartik Subbaraj is a fun film with technical brilliance. Tamil cinema has given a much deserved treat to its viewers on Amazon Prime. Suggest that you do not go by the media ratings.

It is the story by A.R.Murugudoss that is clearly the winner. Outstanding script writing and it's Trisha all the way. She is brilliant as Thayal Nayagi. Aalim's character stands out. A must watch film.
