The reason I gave only 4 stars is to show my disappointment that our God or our Lord Jesus Christ was not mentioned at after the real person who was played by Woody Harrison got Chris Lemons to breathe again. I'm guessing that the director or producers or maybe both were afraid of ticking people off? I hope that in real life Chris Lemons did thank God for getting his life back.

I finally had to turn off the movie. Throughout the part of the movie that I watched I it came to my attention that the script called for the name of Jesus Christ to be used repeatedly. In fact His name was used about every 5 to 8 minutes. I reached a point in the movie when I said if they use His name one more time I'll turn off the movie. And within another 6 minutes that is just what happened. Now anyone who is familiar with the use of the English language during the 40's would know that the Lord's name was not used for cursing. This points out the lack of knowledge of the writer. Anyone who takes offence at the repeated use of the Lord's name should avoid watching this movie. May our Lord Jesus Christ bless these United States.

Based on a true story this movie shows the highschool life of a teenage boy with a troublesome past. The movie is "TO SIR WITH LOVE" on steroids. His teacher helps him through his Senior year. I think you will find it engaging like I did.

The writer must have worked really hard on this film. In the first 15 minutes of the film, there were two scenes of people going at it in a hallway or some other closet. In between those two scenes or were 4 or 5 men using the f word over and over so much so that I had to stop the movie. I believe a person who watches this movie must kill off 20% of their brain matter. Luckily I stopped watching it before any damage occurred.
