I have enjoyed watching the new series of Quantum Leap but tonight (1/9/23) the episode has disappointed me because they said that the girl has an undiagnosed case of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. DMD is found in boys who do not live past mid 20’s and is a horrible disease to see someone lose their life too! If they are going to say something like this in a show, they should at least make sure that the facts are correct!! DMD is worse than ALS because these boys don’t have any chance at life!!
