I record and forward the recap in the beginning which is not really necessary. At least 5 minutes wasted. ALSO way too many commercials and SO tired of hearing 'when we come back'!!!
Try mixing it up some since it is said so often again due to the commercials.
In 30 seconds, when we return, etc.
Format needs to change!
