This movie is slapstick comedy cringe. For instance... There is a supposed "spy" for Kelloggs posing as a janitor who is tasked to steel new product information from Post. This "spy" or "man on the inside" is using a floor buffer with a giant reel projection camera attached to it in plain sight for all to see. He's doing this in a board room, while a board meeting is taking place. To the viewer it's obvious what is going on, but the Post higher ups have no idea and are instead upset that the janitor is using a loud floor buffer during their meeting. The whole movie is like this. It's extremely unfunny. Im 46 and have been a huge fan of Seinfeld forever. This movie does not reflect Seinfelds clever, comedy goodnes at all. I do not understand why the movie is being praised. Everything is too over the top and in your face. Think Naked Gun wannabe but about breakfast food creation. There's a scene with 2 kids in a dumpster eating garbage. Seinfelds character sees this and asks the kids what they are doing. In which they give him a taste of the garbage they are eating. This is the moment of clarity that leads to the invention of pop tarts... And it's awful. Not only is the dialog wierd and awkward, but the voices of the 2 kids are tweaked to sound not normal. Is this movie supposed to be awful? If so, then Seinfeld definitely succeeded. Unfrosted was being advertised as a ground breaking, comedic blockbuster. Has comedy gotten so bad that movies like this are now considered to be the gold standard for what's funny. It's just like the current Saturday Night Live... Cringe and the opposite of funny. Now I do not condemn those that like this movie, or SNL. I just do not understand and am sad that comedy had gotten so bad.
