This movie has taken Cystic Fibrosis (CF) out of the shadows of just being a rare illness that no one knows anything about. Now maybe kids can go to school and not be embarrassed about their illness and not have to explain their illness dozens of times everyday to fellow students. Now maybe educators will have more compassion for children with this sometimes invisible illness. Bottom line is that this movie provided needed exposure to this horrible illness.
