Honestly a truly entertaining show, even if it's obviously got that *Disney Channel* energy (especially with the humor haha). The cinematography was surprisingly really effective with lots of great shots of the beautiful nature of Hawaii. I must say I was disappointed that the issue of harmful tourism wasn't mentioned at all, but as it's technically a kids show, it wasn't too big of a dealbreaker. Another thing to mention is the fact that season 2 is wayyyy better than season 1; The overall pacing, the interesting dynamic between Lehela and Nico, the lessons learnt, and even the acting were greatly improved from the first season. I think the show would have preformed much better if in the beginning, Walter and Lehela didn't immediately get together. Maybe I'm just a sucker for romance, but as soon as they were dating, all the tension went out of the show and I honestly skipped a few episodes. I needed something to root for and the main thing was already over by episode 3 T-T I think it would've been cool if Nico had been introduced from the beginning and was more of an enemies to lovers slow-burn thing that built up slowly and reached it's peak in season 2. It would have given me more of a reason to keep watching, just waiting for them to get togetherrrr ahhhhh
