Most would see this move as a comedy and it is quite humorous. However, it was an entertaining way to address such deep societal and individual emotional questions that the movie addresses. It does not seek too prescribe perfect answers. Only to show we really don't have it all figured out yet. But that's ok. We are still a work in progress. The original intent of the Barbie was a heartwarming portion of the movie.
