Excellent cinematic experience. Top notch direction, music & cinematography And above all, Acting..oh man. Babil Khan..this boy has very big boots to fill in front of him and he has started with a banger absolute banger. Qala(Tripti Dimri) she has just lived the character of Qala so gracefully that you can feel every emotion of hers in your own mind right from the first minute But for me the star of the movie was Swastika Mukherjee aka Urmila Manjushree, she has just steal the show with her presence, every time she is on screen she has nailed every bit of it. Not to forget, writing of this movie so commendable and worth praising. Qala is an example that if Indian cinema focuses on the real content and talent they can produce world class cinema Overall..Qala is sensational period musical/thriller which will not only entertain you but has the ability to hit your psychology with a simple but impactful concept of discrimination between Man and Woman in our society. Its a treat to watch for class hungry cinema viewers
