Heath Key

It's rare that I don't finish a book. I wasn't quite 1/2 way through when I just couldn't read anymore. I found the main character so self centered and annoying. I kept reading even after the first 2 chapters thinking I would start to see some changes by the time I got to the almost half way point, but no. I wondered how the pastor could even find her somewhat attractive as her personality was so extremely annoying. I skipped to the end and she seemed just the same. There didn't seem to be any growth. You can start out with an annoying, self centered main character, but by 1/3 of the way through there has got to be some serious changes starting, to make it readable.
