Excellent. Intense.Impactful. I hardly breathed throughout the whole picture. Natalie Portman‘s acting was superb. I’ll never forget this movie.

Slow, not engaging, boring. I stopped watching halfway through. I was very disappointed given the fact that Jane Campion was nominated for an Oscar for the movie. It seemed disjointed and disconnected to me. The acting seems forced and stiff. It doesn’t live up to all of the hype it has received.

I am not sure that I like the ending. It places the blame on King,who is a bad element in the community, but it fails to place the blame where the blame ultimately lies:System racism. He is just another victim of a rampant racism. The real culprit will continue to overtake the community.This ending is only the beginning.

Un - original. trite tearjerker that failed to hold my attention.

Boring. It seems to be reaching for hypnotic, I was not under its spell. The pacing is too slow. Nurse Ratchet’ s ability to persuade, influence and control others with her demeanor, focus and intensity is not believable. I do not find her compelling.

Unsettling. Profound. Mesmerizing. Baffling. Compelling. Haunting.

Boring Accents seem forced. Acting is stiff. I was not drawn in.
