I saw a YouTuber play this game in the background of the commentary and thought, I want that, than I got it and it was the most challenging but rewarding game I've ever played. Beating a boss in this game feels satisfying especially in expert mode, and S ranking a boss feels amazing. I like the expert mode and S ranks because it gives players who completed the game something to do. The art style is also lovable and remains that way throughout the whole game. All in all I found no negative things with this game and would recommend anyone who admires the old art style for cartoons and harder video games they need to give it a try.

This is amazing, they did such a great job with the art, I especially love the actual model backgrounds referencing the older cartoon genre. I also live the inclusion of elder kettle playing a bigger role in the show. The devil is also such a good character, I look forward to seeing him on screen. Lastly for characters, Ms. Challace is cool, I like the mystery surrounding her and the fact that she only appears in the last season of the show. Maybe the next season can give us more of a back story to her character. The running gag with the devil trying to get cuphead's soul but failing is great and I wouldn't ever want to see it end. All in all, it's a nice throwback to the game and I would love to see more.
