Lacking the heart and soul of the original three movies (well really the first two movies) Kung Fu Panda 4 is the exact type of franchise cash grab that I worried it would be.
Predictable, unfunny, and some how less technically impressive then its predecessors. I can’t imagine a more bland sequel.
Jack Black is the only redeemable aspect of the film, bringing his characteristic talent and charm. His character Po, has lost all of the development from past adventures.
The franchise should have stopped at three.
