I read this after reading Hal Elrod's The Miracle Morning and it is a stark contrast in terms of form.
I like the idea and concept but this book is long-winded and told in a very flowery and descriptive way through characters in a story. It is hard to pick out let alone retain the key information and principles.
This book is the oppositive of bite-sized and step-by-step, so if you're looking for a clear-cut routine to adopt, this probably isn't for you.
