This was generated and marketed prior to Gore and Bloods investment intention to create a marketplace for trading in carbon credits. The vehicle was the Chicago Carbon Exchange, (CCX). This worked for a short time but they were outfoxed by the marketplace but made plenty in the time the company operated. Typical scam from people who already have too much money.
