In short, it’s a space sitcom packed with every cliche possible from sitcoms themselves, or sci-fi. From the main characters anaemic husband, to the irritating lack of professionalism aboard their vessel, there isn’t hardly anything new here. This show isn’t about an interesting sci-fi concept. It’s about putting a group of people in a room together and seeing what sort of inter-personal developments transpire. If it even managed to make that interesting, I wouldn’t mind so much, but it doesn’t. Could barely make it through the first couple of episodes before giving up on trying to find something positive to say, and labelling my time wasted.
