Obviously only congressian can say that it is not good film.
First thing, take it only as movie. It should not be banned anywhere in India. The black-side and the truth should come in front of each indian. They should she that how congress ruled over India and make the politics currupted all over.
And after seeing the movie, still if you will vote congress in 2019, you will also be a against the devlopment of India.
