Took a group of 14 football lads to Southampton had a great couple of hours fun but this was spoilt by receiving a parking fine for overstaying the three hour limit by ten minutes. NW tell you to be there at least 30 minutes before your session to sign the waivers plus safety briefing etc. NW will tell you that they don’t own the car park but it all seems to be set up very nicely, I’d bet my house that most of the tickets given are between 3/3h30 and most of the tickets are from NW customers. NW should make everyone aware of the parking rules when they book but they don’t which suggests to me that they take a cut of the parking fee. Such a shame as the facility is good but I’m afraid car parking fines let it down massively!!
