I really liked this movie! If you are not a novel reader or familiar with novels, you probably won’t understand that this was a fantasy movie. Crazy things happen in novels. It’s not real life. People are confusing this movie with reality. Massimo is a gorgeous man. All novels have gorgeous, strong, powerful men. He went from aggressive to gentle at the end. Laura changed him. For me it showed that Laura ultimately had more power over him. Women have so much power and this proves it. Once Laura found out that he would only go so far, she provoked him every chance she got. Even though, he kidnapped and was aggressive. Laura was able to get under his skin. He was at her beck and call. She got her cell phone and lab top back, as well as had him get the food she wanted to eat “pierogies”. He did all the things she wanted to do by the end, with taking him shopping for her a dress, then taking him to her friend’s wedding to meet her parents. He listened which is what all women want. He also put a ring on it. Then the love making scene on the boat was incredible. Massimo worshipped Laura’s body. This is what most women want. Hours of love making. Again this was a fantasy movie. I gave this movie a 4 out of 5. Massimo was such a good looking man that he did not need to kidnap her. I took away a point for that. He was a huge upgrade from her boyfriend. The author could of had him wow her with gifts and attention. I’m sure she would of left Martin. The movie is way better than the book. I can’t wait to see Laura and Massimo reunite in the 2nd movie! These two had really good chemistry.

This was a really good movie! And this movie is going to get an award for sure! I call ‘‘em every year and I’m always right. Academy Award, Oscar or something. This movie raised awareness. It’s about bullying and acceptance. I cried when I saw he was out options. I knew it was coming, I wish he would have called a hotline or one of his friends, family were available. There are so many people that end their lives everyday because they feel like that have no one and that the world would be better without them. It’s not true! Jadin was a star! I wish he would have made it to New York. ❤️
