The story line really could have been better. It also just seemed so unrealistic, obviously this is beetlejuice we are talking about. But there was just unnecessary cartoons put in, and the costumes just looked crappy. The first movie seemed more surreal and had a cozier feeling to it. Just felt so off and cheaply made compared to the first movie.
