A tv show that's on par with the English shows. It's almost perfect in every way. The direction, screenplay and story are almost perfect. It's a slow thriller, and doesn't have the usual commercial plot twists. It has it's own twists that are meaningful and well explained by the end. Lot's of twists seem like plot holes, but in the end everything falls together. Casting is amazing. Amazing performance from the main cast, especially SJ Suryah and the Velonie actress. Each actor is well suited for the role and none feels out of character. The message: The title is the message of the show. A well conveyed message of how everyone casually spreads rumours and spoils others lives. Not everyone will be happy at the 'every man lusts after women' message, but the way it's portrayed is very practical and 100% true. It also shows that 'Its not love, it's lust', in how people approach love. Overall: The best Tamil TV show so far,

Worst Tamil movie in recent times. There's about 5 mins of comedy scenes featuring Yogi Babu worth watching. Rest is cringey. Emotional scenes are all copied from various 90s movies, and even those are too cringey. You'll feel irritated in emotional scenes. No logic or continuity in any scene. The main actor(director) is the worst actor in the world ever. Worse than all the nepo-kids introduced in India. He has no sense of dialogue delivery, body language or any face expressions. He just keeps screaming in a feminine voice in all emotional scenes, but his face remains the same in all scenes. Only Tamil movie where I kept looking at my phone to avoid seeing an actor's irritating overacting face. Please don't watch this movie and save yourself from torture and suffering.

One of the best Indian movies ever. This movie stands several leagues ahead from Indian movies. Direction: This deserves special acclamation. The non linear style perfectly suits the story & narration and is executed without any flaws. Even though it's non-linear and starts off in the middle, the screenplay is so well done and easy to understand. Cast: Great performances by the cast, and outstanding performance by Parthiban. It's quite unbelievable how Parthiban brings out the small minor details in his acting to perfection, without another director. Story: It's a bit of a sad story, the life of a Don, the struggles he went through in his early life and how his evil sins come back to haunt him. It's not a never seen before story, but Parthiban has added a lot of unique elements to his story to keep it intriguing. Verdict: After watching this movie, i feel that Parthiban is the best Indian director ever. No one has ever made an artistic movie like this and also make it entertaining and fun to watch. If only this was a Hollywood movie, it would've atleast had a few academy award nominations in Direction, best movie, etc. But, since it's an Indian film, it is considered garbage. PS: DON'T watch with KIDS. There's a few scenes of nudity and a lot of vile language.
