I couldn’t give this zero stars. My little sister said that Halle ain’t the little mermaid, she didn’t even want to watch the trailer or the movie when she saw who was playing Ariel. The scuttle song is so horrible I don’t see how people like it. Her hair wasn’t even red it was brownish red but mostly brown. Halle’s acting wasn’t good at all her voice was good but she overdid the songs. I suggest not watching this. When did Eric’s mom come back from the dead?? Oh wait his mom isn’t even black. Y’all act like when a king and queen figure out that a baby wash up on the shore they’ll take them in like NO. They don’t care. Y’all are trying to shove in y’all word “black power” down our throats like enough already were tired of it. MAKE YOUR OWN MOVIES/SHOWS. Halle isn’t even an actor she’s a singer and she still over did the songs like how are you a singer and still mess up the songs. I don’t care what y’all say this movie ain’t good. Most of these reviews that are 5 is black people or other races tryna act not racist. Like why she “free” like a guy?? It’s like the actors and directors didn’t watch the original movie.
