Absolutely lousy customer support.
I've been trying to recover my MTG account, as I have forgotten my password sine last logging on in October 2019. I've been exchanging emails with WotC customer support, providing them evidence such as purchase receipts and contact information to prove that I am the owner of the account. They've now been ignoring my e-mail for the last five days. Can I at least get an acknowledgement on the status of my account? Why do I have to jump through so many loops and hurdles to do a simple password reset? Why doesn't the password reset feature on your website in the first place?
Maybe not recovering my account is for the best.
