Really enjoyed this adaptation. I’ve been a fan since 2007 and this was done very well. All of the changes made it more epic. All of the things I disliked in the OG series, they improved upon. Sokka is less of a wimp and can actually last more than 0.5 seconds in a fight. Anybody who is 12 years old would be devastated that his family was wiped out. Not joke every 10 seconds like a kid who’s never seen the world. The changes were grounded and made the story more realistic, but still playful.
