Lily Miolan

This movie was pretty disappointing. The only good thing about it was that the setting and characters were pretty cute, but that's pretty much all I can say. Everything else is just kind of meh. Number one, it's rushed. One thing that would have made it better was to add more time to each genre. But instead we spend like, MAYBE ten minutes in each one. They could have introduced you to so much culture, but NO! Instead it's all rushed. Number two, it's so random. The jokes are so unfunny and weird. I get that it's for kids, but at least try not to make the parents that have to watch it feel weirded out. It made me so uncomfortable, and that's the last thing I want to feel when watching a movie. Number three, the songs are all just basically parodies of already made songs. It's really annoying and cringy. Number four, it wasn't anything like the original trolls movie. The bergins weren't included AT ALL, except for like, 3 seconds of screen time at the end. That's kind of stupid because everyone wanted to see a bit more of Bridgette and that weird king she likes. Number five, Branch's personality is just... confusing. One second he's all happy, singing a song, the next he's pessimistic again. Like, you have to pick one. I personally liked him better when he was more moody, because it adds more balance to the movie. You get to see a optimistic person who wants to see the best in everything, and someone who is the opposite of them interact. But instead they gave us this. So yeah, this movie was kind of dumb.
