Strange and hard to follow. Too many story lines that aren’t really connected.

I’ve read or listened to all the Mary Russell novels, and this may well be the best. That’s a hard call, as all wonderful, but this one was most satisfying. Thank you, Laurie R King for many, many hours of pleasure!

One of the most unusual books I’ve ever read. I started it, then quit. I picked it up again, deciding to give it another chance. Then I got hooked. The writing is brilliant with some of the best passages I’ve ever seen. I read all the afterward material and was even more confused…but in a good way. Did it happen or didn’t it? Read it to see what you think! I loved it.

This book reminded me of Extraordinary Attorney Woo. Molly is hardworking and observant. And autistic. It was a mystery with a message. Don’t underestimate others, especially those who are a bit quirky!
