This book unfortunately is so difficult to read as it could never have been proof read! If you get over that there is some very useful information. I paid over £10 for this book and expected at least the English to be correct. If it gets reprinted please get it proof read I really found it irritating and feel if I had an eating disorder I wouldn’t have bothered to read it. I think you should take time to read your book nearly every other sentence has a mistake in it. Well done for overcoming your addition.
