Imagine if skyrim or fallout had waypoints that led you back to your horse so you could fast travel to the next town. Absolute hot garbage. Multiple times I would try to find where I’m meant to be fast traveling to so I could just do it from the ground instead of heading back to the fast travel checkpoint (aka your ship) and just couldn’t find it because galaxy map is 3 dimensional and the next point is at some location I can’t physically force the map to look at. I cannot believe this was play tested early. Someone had too much pride and too sensitive feelings to understand how unfun the in between of quests are when that was the magic of Bethesda games. The only thing I’ve discovered wandering starfield is rage and disappointment
