Laapata Ladies produced by Aamir Khan Productions and directed by Kiran Rao is a heartfelt movie. The way they addressed the 'parda' issue which is still prevalent in many small hamlets and villages is highly appreciated. The simplicity in the film is eye-pleasing. The actors are exceptionally good. Moreover, the idea of having only a single song in the entire movie keeps the audience humming to its tunes. Other issues persistent in the society are also taken up and delivered well. The cinematography, directing, music all contributes to the success of the film. Such simplicity in movies is rare these days. The movie is a 9.5/10 and is a MUST WATCH. 5⭐
